I own a domain name (my webdesign portfolio website) and i've been doing manual High quality link building for some time now, so 3 days ago, the domain hopped from pr0 - pr4!

Now my question is can i do a link blast (about 50,000 links) on the site??

I know its not healthy to blast a "young" domain with links but considering the new pr, i thought maybe it wouldnt hurt?

The domain is 54 days old today... Got a pr4 on day 51.

IMO, no you should not. Build a few manual web 2.0 properties. Will take you around 30 mins to get some articles, scrape them or write them yourself and then blast away to the web 2.0's.

Not only is it the safest way but also the more effective.

    Dats a good idea. :)

but i'll like to know the safest time to do a linkblast.. My competitors got 15k+ links and i have just a few hundred.

Yes like a link wheel. Again this is only my opinion, it all comes down to the quality of the links. Check out his links and see where they come from. If they are all comment spam then you can easily beat that with some high PR Web 2.0 posts with blasts to those. This will provide some really big link juice which will pass through the Web 2.0's through to your site.

If you are still deadset on blasting your site then I don't see why you can't start now just take it slow and keep building even if you drop in the ranks for a bit as it looks suss if all of a sudden links stop getting built.

    Either way good luck.
