Hi I am working on a niche website and thinking about selling books/ebooks along with the other products I offer.
I thought about using Amazon affiliate program, but I don't want my customers to turn into Amazon customers.
The books I intend to sell are not mine and belongs to different authors and publishers.

    1. Do you have any idea to sell ebooks/regular books (legit way) without letting other site having my customers and just simple purchase?

    2. What are the real chances to be sued if I infringed copyrighted ebooks if I don't live in USA?

    Thanks in advance!

If you do a deal with the author to become his affliate
that is legal and above Board

The author can set up a payment system on Clickbank or jvzoo etd

But if your going to sell other peoples books
    without paying them

If they find out they will go after your payment system 1st

Then after your site, and possibly after you.

    Appreciate your answer,

Do you have any idea if I need to ask permission of the publishing company? or maybe just in case of real books (non-digital)?
