Can I Discuss E-whoring Here?

E-whoring is straight up fraud. Black Hat is built around disrespecting the TOS of websites. It's not the same as fraud. One is illegal, the other is against the rules of a website.

You know that Shawn Hogan owns Digital Point, right?

Great way to let your members as to one's level of character.

Had no idea, never heard of Digital Point.

How does that put judgement on one’s character?
Cookie stuffing is a criminal activity.

I know the script he was using as I had it also but never used it because it is illegal and Shawn did time for that.

Had he implemented a few other things in his scheme to defraud, it would have been much harder to catch him.

That being said, everyone makes mistakes and perhaps he has adjusted his moral compass.

Now what about OnlyFans Chatting, its pretty big and creates probably more then half of OnlyFans revenue. It's 95% low paid workers from PH or Nigeria, pretending to be the model and selling content in their name, It's clearly against OF TOS but is it considered E-Whoring?

As of this moment, OnlyFans is not considered E-Whoring. So it doesn't violate our TOS.

Lol I didn't know there was a term for this. Back in the day we just called this your average MMORPG scammer.

What I've gathered is that the key difference is the bait and switch promotion of affiliate links. Like when you connect with someone on a dating app but then they're like "use this site to message me and we can video chat on there!"
