For example lets say I setup a post and want to use "Boost Post" but the URL is not the landing page I want to use anymore and then use 301 to change it after it's been approved. My question is will Facebook detect that my landing page has been changes and will it go back into a review process?

My goal for doing this is I want to direct link to an affiliate page but from what I understand Facebook doesn't allow monthly subscription affiliate programs. This way it first gets approves to my simple landing page and then I change it. My basic question is will they know? Thanks in advance.

Yes, they will and you will end up your AD account being terminated. Most likely it's just a matter of few days - weeks before they will.

You can do this for a short period of time. Put all your budget in one day and redirect.

Yes, but there's a high risk of getting banned, you gotta do it smartly
