    hey guys i was wondering if its allowed to buy traffic to my self hosted website that has popups on it ?

    lets say i buy 10,000 hits to my website wouldnt that mean i would get alot of money from my popup ads?

    Sure but then when the popups dont convert you wont be paid.

    you can buy pinterest account with enough followers which will really help you to boost up your traffic

    It depends on the ad network you use. Unlikely you'll have a positive ROI.
