    Hi guys

I know that pp will send you this stupid form [forgot the name ] when you reach 20K or 200 sales

I was thinking if theres a way to bypass that by buying a verified paypal account, then order a paypal debit card for this account or something and just withdraw the money ?

Another question I have is can you use more than 1 paypal account in 1 e-bay account ?

    Thank you guys !

well, to get the paypal debit card, you would have to give them the same info you'd have to give them for tax purposes so you really wouldn't bypass anything

    From paypal...

" To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. What this means for you: When you open a Card Account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see a copy of your driver's license or other identifying documents."

They would be running a credit check and verifying all supporting documentation of the account. So if the account is fake, none of it will pass the verification, and this would also be a form of credit card fraud.

I have one and this is accurate... they did a credit check just like any other financial institution.

SS #, Date of birth, etc.

I would not mess around there unless you were giving legit info.

    Depends where you are from...
All that was stated already, applies just for USA and maybe Europe, in my experience.
For pp accounts from other countries, especially third world countries, they do not have many security measures.

Besides, good faked accounts are registered on real / existing data for which one could actually proof ownership.

Just all theoretically speaking and purely for educational purposes.

I've seen a few topics posted around here with people selling PayPal accounts. You might want to look for those threads.

Lol paypal sometimes acts like a financial institute and sometimes like a drug cartel... I've heard of hundreds of people just got their funds frozen or accounts limited for years and paypal might keep some of these funds to themselves or idk what they do with it...shit

Paypal is pretty shitty, I wish someone will come up with an alternative soon

thank you guys for your answers I've learned a lot !

    1. You realize that it's a legal requirement for paypal to request your ss# and personal info, right? So this will happen for any other paypal alternative in US. Theoretically stealth paypal shouldn't exist at all. Just be thankful that you can go stealth.

    2. amazon will confiscate your funds way faster than paypal will, so I don't think any viable paypal alternative will be any less restrictive.

Thats exactly what im talking about brother, its a legal requirement for them to ask for your SSN, but then they can just freeze peoples money? so some banking rules apply to them and some don't ?

And I dont even own a stealth acc, its all legit I just dont want to wake up one day and see that its limited for whatever reason because I invest a lot of time in my online business..lately even more than the time I invest in my offline business..lol

    1. only in USA, stealth paypals use fake/stolen data
    2. Alternative is bitcoin... time ago LibertyRes3rv3 was also good. Webmoney is also a very good alternative. main problem is majority of people are lazy.

Yes, if they suspect that the info you give them are bogus, it's perfectly legal to freeze your money. Try opening a bank account at bank of america and then try to withdraw it without presenting ID.

Generally there is a reason why Paypal limits your accounts. Those reasons are generally known. Paypal is a private enterprise and they can set the rules. You are free to make money elsewhere without using paypal. If you want to use paypal, learn to live with paypal's rules. Complaining about paypal is like complaining that the wind makes you cold or the river makes you wet. It is time wasted.

Toml3030 - I agree, complaining is a waste of time in general :)

Galleta - I sell on ebay, is there a way to get paid by bitcoin ? I already looked on ebay and I didn't see any option, would you expand your answer?

    thanks !

I know a guy who once had $700K, (not a typo, $700,000) worth of merchandise frozen in his Amazon FBA and $100K+ cash in his Amazon payment account frozen because they suspended his account because of problem with his product, so our paypal problems are hill of beans compared to what others have to deal with.

Ebay owns paypal (or the other way around?), should answer your question. there are many exchangers though.

Anyway even paypal has to comply to local laws, of whatever country they want to offer their services in.

If you've never given your ssn to Paypal, then simply have a stealth account made with your real name, in which you could then give them your info, given that you've never handed this info to them through a limited account. The card issuer for Paypal is a third party financial instution whom prepaid cards can be purchased from some retail locations. I don't believe it to be a credit check, but just a basic identity check since it will be linked to a Paypal account that potentially ciukd have a considerable amount of money in it. Paypal is attempting to verify that you own both the card and the actual account with it. You can buy other reloadable cards from the same instution that handles the Paypal cards and not ever have to fax in all your documents, and activate your card by phone, be approved, then go get the Paypal card, which then will ask you to do these things. Its not a credit check because you are not applying for a credit line. You can walk into a store, load cash onto it, and use it as a regular card even if you don't attempt to register it with paypal. I've not tried it, but you may be able to activate this card by phone with the actual issuer and not have to provide copies of all your info. They even ask for a utility bill.
