Can I block part of a CPA widget?

I am using a CPA content blocking widget and was wondering if there was a way to block the "need help" image on it, because people are clicking it then using the "file a spam compaint" thing in it. My AM already contacted me saying to stop whatever I was doing, but it made me like $40 in an hour.

I was thinking that but I have a feeling it might look really sloppy. I know the name of the image that says "need help", is there any way I could set the page to not load just that image?
