i want to buy a website that makes 500$ a month but i'm not sure, how the exchange will be?
They use escrow. You need to look into the site for a bit and just research what he has posted. Make sure nothing looks fishy and you should be good to go. If there is something that sounds too good to be true then it most likely is.
Yes you can. How much that site cost? Less then $6000 ? If yes, it's probably a scam
you should use escrow...also use team viewer to verify anything you want regarding a listing
Use escrow 100%, team viewer as poster mentioned above would also help you identify if he's scamming or not
thats like asking if you can get fat by eating kebab meat and chips. looks good to eat but could possibly clog your vains and give you a heart attack.
Suspicious site is suspicious.
of course you might be scammed. If a site that is making 500 dollars a profit is being sold, then the cost should be around 5000-7000 dollars, else you are being cheated.. in my opinion filippa is just a platform to see websites on sale, as far as being scammed or not is completely dependent on your analysis and dealing with the seller.
For sure you can be scammed. Just think for yourself if you are getting about $500 a month in a legit way from your website, would you go ahead to sell it if there is nothing wrong with it.
It can't be said better than this
Many people get scammed on flippa. As the other posters stated, you need to research the claims, use escrow and be wary of too low a price.
Everything on the internet is a scam. Buyer Beware on Flippa.
