i had a paypal account which is suspended. i made a new paypal account with fake name ,address and new ip, email .i was hoping to get virtual credit card and verifty paypal account but account my question is...how will i withdraw funds out of paypal.... how do u tranfers money into your virtual credit card? can i just not attach my real bank account to verify my paypal account?

I wouldn't do it, keep in mind if you used the same bank account on the Pay-Pal account which was suspended they already have it in the system so they could easily track you. I would just buy giftcards to stores and just sell them for the same price.
 
there are websites online that will pay you like 96% of the face value of walmart gift cards and other popular stores. You can just buy giftcards online, send them the those companies and at least recoup most of your money. Just make sure the GC company sends checks and doesn't pay via paypal lololol.
 
no when my old paypal account was suspended i closed my bank account ( i was afraid if paypal will try to withdraw my ebay fees from my account) so now i have a stealth paypal account ( unverfied) if i used my real name new bank account... will paypal finmd out if so how? i thought paypal only see the acount information not the names and address of the account...
 
so i can verify a paypal account using a VCC..... paypal doesnot require a bank account...? also if i verfied using VCC how do i withdraw funds out of paypal/?
 
you can use VCC and VBA
BE WARNED: Paypal is now taking the deposits back on many new accounts to see if youre the account holder (IE real name)
 
what is VBA ( verfied bank account) ? so i can attach my real name new bank account to my stealth paypal?
 
i got a vcc from currency exchnage for $7 but they asked for my id and ss# i gave them. can i add that vcc to paypal or there r diffrent types of vcc? helppppppppppppppppp plzzz
 
This is what I've currently done:

Signed up for paypal as business
Had a made up name, address etc.
The business name matches my bank account
Added bank account
And thats it.

Paypal use the bank account number for routing, they don't check what address its from etc. The business name for your bank account has to match though.
 
You can withdraw to VCCs if you get from a right sellers.

You could buy bitcoins with paypal then cash them out thats untraceable when done the right way. Use the bitcoins to load up anonymous bank cards or buy vouchers with them redeemable for cash.

First of all most of the VCC and VBA Suppliers I have dealt with do not require you to provide a SSN or ID.
So that is strange. Another thing is that you need to find a supplier of a PayPal VCC and PayPal VBA. Companies
have VCCs and VBAs that just work with PayPal more smoothly.

Well no you can not withdraw money into a Virtual Credit Card or VBA. You can mainly spend the money or withdraw to a new Bank Account if you add and edit the details in PayPal for a new Bank Account.
 
Yes you can withdraw to VCCs. Not most of them. But there are banks that allows you to do it :)

The only issue with this method is exposing your identity.

Ok first did you make up a business name for paypal? Second did you make up a business for the bank or use a fake name, and if fake how did you obtain a tax ID? All banks require a Tax ID for a business bank account.

Good point! To open a new bank account for a business to use in Paypal, you need a TAX ID ans I believe the bank will also check the legal documents for the business. So how would that be possible?

Anyone knows a VCC where you can withdraw money to or any other sollution. Stealth Paypal is useless if you cannot get the money out an convert it into cash easely without losing a to big of a percentage.
