Last time I checked having multiple clickbank account wasn't against their tos so adding the same bank account is no problem.
Why having several clickbank accounts if I may ask?

The payee names won't match on the accounts, that might cause trouble, although i'm not sure hw exactly this is handled between ClickBank and Payoneer. I'd contact their support and ask or maybe someone has first-hand experience here.

I assumed that the other account would be under your name, but after you elaborated, no it will cause troubles when they see her name isn't matching the one with the bank account.
Your best bet is to contact them and find out.
