Can I add a single bank account in multiple Clickbank accounts(Payoneer account)??
is there any problem?

Better read their tnc and ask their support.

It is better you use different account to avoid risking both accounts.

actually I have given a different location so I have only one bank account of that country...what to do in that case??
 
Clickbank use to allow many accounts, but I'm not so sure what is the case now a days.
 
Yes, you can add multiple accounts if you want to focus on different niches. In this case you can create a Master Account and link all your accounts with one login.
 
Don't do that, especially if your from a banned country, your risking both accounts
