    Hello,

    I have a quick question.

I bought one of those OVH servers with 256 dedicated IP addresses, and I'm thinking of migrating all my websites from different servers to this server. Every website under a different IP. The IPs are not in the same class C. they vary quite well.

The problem is many of those sites are linking to each other, and my concern is, if I move them to one physical server, will Google be able to tell even though every website has its own IP?

Please let me know if anyone had an experience with this.

    Thanks

Yes, they might be able to, but it doesn't matter since they'll all have different class C IP addresses and Google won't be able to figure out that all those sites are yours.

Stop interlinking your sites in each network together, whether it's a network of money sites or a private blog network.

It also easy to pick up a pattern from the whois data. How many domains have you registered with the name domain company? It's also worth considering using different details within the whois data such as Name, address, email address etc.

Why have you linked the sites together?

So you suggest I don't move them to the same server?

They are registered with different domain companies, and most of them have a private whois.

Not all of them are linked together, but for example 2 sites link to 1 website, and another two links to another website, etc... They are linked so I can drive potential traffic from one site to another.

I know Google can tell that they are all from the same location (The data center), but I'm just wondering if they can tell they are on the same server..

Google will know they are all in the same data center. It's highly unusual for a site to get a high percentage of inbound links from one and the same data center. Make sure your own inbound network links stay under 10% and you should be fine.

Can't find any legitimate answer anywhere. Everyone says either yes or no, without any proof or experience. That's why I'm asking in here ;)
