I have many writers working for me and I receive around 50 to 100 articles on a daily basis.
I have google Apps on one of my domain
1. My writers can directly upload their doc's to google documents
2. They have access to google calender and can check article they submit each day, payment status etc..
I wanted to know if google can read these documents or the calender content? I dont want anyone peeking in...
Is there a better way to manage this work ? any opensource ?
