Question is simple: can Google detect if I copy content from a site, translate it from english to another language, and make very few adjustments just to remove bad traduction from google translate and make it easily readable for people?

Google should be able to detect it.
My suggestion would be

1. Translate articles from other languages to English. for example Russian to English.
2. Rewrite it using Quilbot or any other Spin rewriter.
3. Then finally translate the articles from English to your target language.

This is the only way that you can have a chance not to be discovered by big G.

If you are the only one doing this - it should work. This means you can always check the uniqueness of your translated content - if it is high, so yes, you can use it.

As well, I advise you to use such content tools that might help as well:

Instead of Google Translate, try to use this: deepl.com/en/translator

Those tools as well could help:

hemingwayapp.com
webfx.com/tools/read-able/
seolyze.com
grammarly.com

are you going to use this content for a money page or for just creating random pages for your site?

if it is for money page, i would really work hard and make it your own.

Yes, google can detect something as simple as that, so i wouldn't advise you to do it. Create original content. It's harder but in the long term it will pay off.

If you know both 2 languages very well and fine tuned the output contents, no you are safe.

Well, not recommended at all. AI content is way better option then translating content. Even now Google's new core update Sep 2022 is just sucks AI content. Google has detectors to detect content. Well, in my prospective AI content can only be used in off-page. Not recommended for on-page. My money site got hit by google.

Almost 40% keywords are just vanish and rest of it are sucks as well.

Personally, I wouldn't risk using Google Translate to translate English content into another language. They could potentially detect that, but in addition to that, Google Translate's not exactly what I would call accurate, at least when it comes to Spanish or Russian. It's better than it used to be, but anyone who understands those languages would raise an eyebrow at the content.

I have known of some people who manually translated the content, although I never followed up with them to see how well that worked. I've also manually translated content from English to Spanish for a client, and there were never any issues from that. Keep in mind this is all purely anecdotal.

If you're using Google translator, yes
You can translate it twice and then proofread it as well

This is a legit method. People have been doing this for years. Translations are almost never a 1:1 copy.

Different people say completly opposite things it's crazy! haha. There is no consensus on this subject it seems

In my opinion if those three plagiarism tools show that the article is unique then no worries
