If I implement a hidden link on my website, can Google crawlers find it?
Yes. And they not only can but they will find.
White text on a white background works best. Almost noone can find it.

What? Crawlers read HTML. Are you suggesting that the Google bots look at things visually alone and if something is a little difficult for the human eye to see they just go 'yup, nothing to see there'.

What are you trying to achieve OP? Google must or must not find it? And if Goolel may not find it, what value has your hidden link?

If useragent=google then don't show link, or the other way around, depending on your needs.
