Ok, in short version:

My ads on 2 accounts was rejected and the google ads accounts was suspended.
If I create for example 3rd account with similar website, can they ban other accounts/websites with linked same credit card/company credentials?

Generally: If website A and B is banned, and I create website C (all greyhat let's say), can google ban website D (whitehat) ?

Everything is on another google accounts, and ads accounts.

Bu having same VCC used = instant ban for sure. You need to change more than Credit Card / billing info / IP not just the website.

I am using Real, physical Card Of my company.
If it is the same used on previously banned accounts then all other accounts where you will use it will be banned.

If you use a fresh domain, it should be good to go in GAds (good amount of content). But, same card again in another account, can be a reason for a suspension flag.

Your earlier accs will be fine and no risk. But using same card on new account can give mixed results. But as i hv said earlier, 90%+ suspicious payments have nothing to do with payments.

Use a VCC for your new account. By using a different card you’ll give them one less data point to connect your accounts.

If you use a the same card you're linking everything and will not only ban the new account but might also risk the older ones
Same thing with domain/url

i just wanted to know, chiiilll :P

I am curious, because for example if ad agency works with some kind of greyhat and the account get ban - all customers of agency can be affected. On the other side, keeping all customers campaigns on one ad account is just a dumb thing. Anyway, if it is on X ad accounts (for example 1 customer campaign per one google ads acc), but everywhere is linked ad agency credit card - it's also not so good situation if I think good.

If Google can't know if your billing information checks out, they may ban your account. Also, irregular payment behavior can lead to a ban. If Google doesn't accept your card, your account may be suspended.

No legit agency runs it that way.

- Set up individual account and link to MCC
- Especially if the agency is in charge they won't run BH stuff in their knowing this

So easy for Google to ban CC just as an address, I mean you do know the same on GMB you can't post 2 businesses at the exact same address without them asking for proof of separate phone numbers, entities, signage etc..

I had one account few years ago that got suspended. I then used that same ad and domain with an ad agency and it ran fine with no issues ever.

Google bans users, they don't ban domains unless they detect something malicious or it's been flagged. If i'm running an Amazon ad and my account gets banned does that mean they will ban Amazon.com? No, that is ridiculous.

They can use a domain to possibly identify you, sure. But if you use the same CC from a suspended account that will be an instant ban, easy.

Ok, so, what when Google Ads agency have a customer that sells for example ummm... youtube views :D (just for example, it's probably prohibited) and they running those ads for a few months and then, ads account gets ban because of this.

The whole agency have to stop their work? I don't think so.

A legit agency does not operate how you think they do. They are not just copying everyone's campaigns into a personal ad account. I don't know what you are thinking, but no one here is smarter or richer than Google so it's hard to fool them.

I ran a campaign with an agency only to test whether the same ad and domain LP from a suspended account would get rejected and it did not. I have my own account so I do not need to use an agency otherwise.
