I have a website which gets between 1,000-2,000 (sometimes more) visits per day. These are unique visits.

I have a Twitter account which has approaching 35,000 followers.

I'm considering setting up a separate forum/messageboard for my visitors (quite a lot are returning visitors), but I can see the pitfalls. For a start I'll need to moderate it until I get X amount of moderators which can basically run it for me.

Do you think Adsense on it's own would justify setting this up? The Adsense would be placed in the middle of threads but I guess other ads could also be placed.

I'm just wondering if anybody else has gone down the same road and whether it was worth it?

I have the traffic, which is the hard part. It's now about trying to convert all that into £££s.
