I bought 3 gigs for back links, link pyramids and none of them showed any positive results for any of my pages. You get what you pay for. Some great services I have used on fiverr are stuff like manual forum posting. Best you find someone from english speaking countries.

I bought 2 gigs for a contextual link on a PR3 domain....Aftert I bought it a few days later it was found by google webmaster tools. So a few do work as described.

If you do SEO work on top of the fiverr gig then they work just fine.
I sometimes will get 300-400 high PR link pyramids (with 5-6k for tier 2) made...
If you just left it like that and expected results, you wouldn't get any
instead I take my AA list (few million URLs strong at this point) and blast the 5000 tier 2 links out to make a tier 3... I only do this till about 10,000 comments are posted

I then shove the blog comments and tier 2 profile links into nuclearlinkcrawler and away it goes.
