Yes. All markets are manipulated.

Even forex, the biggest market. See how many banks got fined.

Given that there is little regulation on Crypto, it is almost guaranteed.

Yes, when money is involved even big people get corrupt.

Big exchanges like binance will not do it. They are already making good money with fees.
