Just a question here- if I am using double meta refresh to hide my referrer, can it get me banned from networks?

The act of blanking the referer itself is not necessarily a bad thing. Most networks will recognize that it behooves affiliates to hide their traffic sources. That being noted, if you're blanking your referer and don't come up with a legitimate response to network questioning, there is an increased likelihood that you will run into trouble.

Your best bet is to contact your affiliate manager and inform them that you either are about to begin or have been using some sort of click tracking application that cloaks the referer in an increased attempt to protect your traffic sources from unscrupulous advertisers.

I had one of my accounts with CJ banned with a double meta , a toolbar install, they were not keen on it at all.

Equally I've done fine on other networks, as the previous poster explained it's quite normal for an affiliate to not want networks to know your profitable campaigns etc.
