Can these domains be suspended? I recently had a .co.uk suspended.

if .com is a problem which extensions are the best to stop potential suspensions?

All TLD-s can be shut down or taken away from you.

Any domain can be shut down. The extension doesn't matter, it's the activity.

Sometimes those who spoof registration for their PBNs get shut down. A complaint may come in, and there is nobody to answer it, the site looks guilty of spamming, and boom. Won't stop me from spoofing though.
