Did you click the 'Skip the trash and permanently delete the files' checkbox?

If no, check the .trash folder. Select all the latest deleted files (sort by date) and move it back to public_html.

If you've really permanently deleted all files, then the next you could do is check your cPanel's backup section, or ask your webhost if there's a backup. If no, then use wayback machine to get the latest data of your website, then scrape it using DomRecovery or some other wayback machine recovery service.

You could also check with your web host to see if they have a backup. If not this is another reason its a good idea to always keep the latest backup of your site before you make any edits to it.

Have you taken backup of your data? If you have taken backup of data then it;s possible to recover public_html. You can ask your web-hosting provider, if they have backup stored at their end then you can recover it from that backup too.
