    Hey all.

I was just wondering if anyone knows what advertising company has ads on viralnova.com ?

I haven't seen that layout before and it blends really well. I'm assuming it's private advertising, but maybe someone will recognize it? I can see they use adsense, but what about the other?

    Thanks in advance.

    Viralnova uses adsense and Adblade.

Sidebar ads (Adblade) are called native-advertising, it's most often seen as "Around the web" links on big sites.

Here are more networks of this type:

    content.ad
    zemanta
    taboola
    zergnet
    mgid
    outbrain
    hexagram
    knowd
    gravity

There are more on rotation - I've seen taboola more often than adblade...

To be honest, I'm not that sure. I just know that adblade converts SO MUCH BETTER because they use native ads. I use both adsense and adblade on my site. it's about a 1:10 ratio of pay. If you are really that interested, I'll take a look when I get to my home computer.

I think that answers it. Just to clarify, you are saying that with adblade you make 1/10th the revenue than adsense?

That being said, they won't accept your application unless you are getting over 250,000 views per month.

I was wondering about that. When I signed up it said 0 - 499,000/month (that I signed up under) and I can now create ads. Will they deny it later? I am already in the back end and creating ads. Strange.

So how is the math...it is making 10% what you would make with adsense, but overall because of catchy images it has a higher CTR so eventually it makes more?Or what is the point using them instead of adsense.I am in the process looking something beside adsense to up my revenue. Is it worth it or?

Interesting. When I applied, they only let sites with more than 250,000 UVs a month. Maybe they opened it up.

    It was for me.

    This is what they say:

Due to the large number of publisher sign ups we have each day, we can only evaluate those publishers that generate over 500,000 page views a month. Your website will be reviewed in 1-2 business days after you sign up. If your site meets Adblade's requirements we will contact you with the next steps.

Do you run it together with adsense or only adblade? I really need to monetize better, loosing a lot of money only with adsense :)
