Can anyone suggest a Facebook group monitoring/notification tool?

Basically I am a member of a few specialised groups on Facebook. I would like to be able to monitor them and be notified every time someone makes a post containing my chosen keyword.

These groups are quite active, so it'd be quite difficult for me to physically check them every time a new post is made, which Facebook currently notifies me about.
