Hi, maybe there is some misunderstanding, I don't need to setup SMTP server , just need the proxy allow to connect to gmail/hotmail SMTP server,

Yes, no misunderstanding. I try to tell that you can setup your own proxy and control ports. Just an idea.
You can try it on a Port 25 open VPS so your proxy will allow all the ports.

Yes, I know that nowdays most of the ISPs block the port 25
But I don't need port 25 open at all
What I need is the proxy support sending mails by mail client, for example:
