It is free to test but Fraudbuster costs $200 per month for unlimited clicks, campaigns, servers, domains.
BlackJack's JCI costs $400 per month unlimited clicks, servers, domain for 20 campaigns only.
NoIpFraud costs 50,000 clicks for $197 and 1,20,000 clicks for $997 per month.

Im so sorry, for stupid question, but could u please provide, what exactly do this services ? As I see from sites - they are protect traff from bot clicks ? Or they provide some service - which will display targeted offers on my cloak pages?

Hey mate, thanks for your question.
Do not read what's stated on the sales page of those cloakers.
None of that matters as a fact.
They are cloaking services.
They show different landing page to ad network reviewers/bots and totally different page to the actual/real visitors.
Case #1
So, when a visitor comes to your page -> Coaker will check if he is a reviewer or a bot-> If he is a reviewer they will be shown a compliant landing page.
Case #2
So, when a visitor comes to your page -> Coaker will check if he is a real visitor -> If he is a real visitor they will be shown a blackhat landing page.
I am sure you know about bait and switch technique.
After getting an ad approved with a dummy landing page.
People change the landing page and run ads.
But this technique is not good if reviewer checks again your landing page - you'll be banned.
Cloaking is what prevents you from such a situation - even if a reviewer comes to your site, again and again, they'll only see your clean/compliant landing page.
You can say it is same as bait and switch but much safer and long term solution.

They have data of reviewers like IP, and other visitor data like UserAgent, Fingerprint, Referral etc...
So, they are able to detect every reviewer with a great accuracy.
