    Hi
We are a group of 7 who are coming to france for a snowboarding vacation on 6 of march
unfortunately, we didnt know you french people only go to ski vacations from saturday to saturday, and we booked a flight from 6 march to 13 march.
We've been trying really hard to find normal prices for this vacation but no luck - most of them asked us to pay for 2 weeks, or asked us to pay a FINE, for not coming from saturday to saturday.
Ended up we are going to lose alot of money, because we saw some deals offering SKI PASS + SKI EQUIPMENT + APARTMENT for 350Euro. (if you come from saturday to saturday)
We've been trying to cancel the flight, or change it, no luck, shitty flight.

Now, I've been told that SKI PASS + Ski Equipment = 300 Euro
and we could only find hotels for around 2000 euros (for 7 of us, almost 300Euro each)
so instead of paying the 350Euro for everything that we planned we end up paying 600 euro, and that is annoying.
    So!
Please! if you are french you can easily talk to these apartment owners and get a normal deal!
We are going to go to Les Deux Alpes !
    Please Help me!!

    Thanks in advance!

it will be impossible for you to have any apartment if you don't start a saturday since :
    - everybody comes saturday
    - if they don't rent sunday -> wednesday, it's a net loss for the owner. All the apartments are FULL every year, every stations so they won't have troubles for finding someone coming a saturday, leaving a saturday. (that's why it's a NIGHTMARE on the roads every saturday evening in the Alps during winter)

Two years ago, I went to the 2Alpes station. I rented an apartment in venosc, a village next to the station. There is a mechanical ride to go to the station, only 10min in total (walk + ride). It was cheaper (800?/week, we were 10people). Maybe you can try

if you have a car then you can even go further, and stop at venosc to take the ride to the station (the road to Les 2 Alpes is usually crowded). But if it snow during the night, you're stuck waiting for the road to be cleared....
The ride is not free though, but worth every penny if you can find a cheaper place to sleep (you won't have the crazy nights as in the station...)

Sorry but the crazy nights are what we're after.
Please if anyone can get us a good deal, or find us a place that offers crazy nights too... lol :)
