You should be able to buy there. It depends if the product is shipped to India though (which can become quite costly).
 
There's no reason to. It's more expensive from .com and it takes a lot of time in delivery.
 
In many cases, yepp. Good part is that Amazon handles the import duty (i guess? coz it shows the price after shipping + tax), so; the import is much faster and hassle free.
