Can an article posted on a guest site be re-published because the site was de-indexed by Google?

I have published 5 posts on 5 guest posting sites and due to the recent Google algorithm, I see that these 5 guest sites have been de-indexed by Google.
Then naturally the previous 5 posts were also de-indexed or deleted, so I would like to ask if I can re-publish these 5 posts on other guest blogging sites? Or public these articles on PBN sites?
Will this be considered content duplication by Google and penalized?

google will still have the cached versions of these pages, it lasts for a quiet some time,
so yes it will be considered as "copied" & "non-original", you shouldn't do that even with content from newly expired websites (wayback),

using AI, content is just cheaper and easier to get more than ever,
use the proper models, good prompts and possibly some scraped data then some manual touches and you'll get real good content in couple of minutes

If a guest post has not been indexed on the blog and then deleted from the guest blog (it has not been indexed from the time it was published to the time it was deleted), can I still use this article?

only if the page wasn't crawled,
you should check the cached version ('cach:'), if it returns 404 then you can use it without problems

Change the content slightly with possible keywords and rephrase the sentence and republish it to avoid penalties and duplicate issues

rephrase the content with possible keywords and sentence then republish it to avoid penalties and duplicate issues. also add interlinking to the content.

Yes, you can re-publish the 5 posts on other guest blogging sites or PBN sites. First, ensure the original posts are completely de-indexed by Google. Update and revise the content to make it unique before republishing. Use reputable sites and add canonical tags to avoid duplication issues.

When selecting new platforms for republishing, consider reputable guest blogging sites . Avoid publishing on PBN sites, as they are often considered low quality and could lead to penalties from Google.

Certainly, you can republish the de-indexed content by making slight rewrites, either manually or using tools. Once rewritten, you can publish the articles on guest posting sites or PBNs as desired. Additionally, you can use canonical tags to reference the previous version of the content. By following these steps you can avoid the risk of duplication and potential penalties from Google.

Why don't you just use Quiltbot to rephrase it instead of just copying and paste the same article?

I don't recommend to re-publish the same article on different sites. If Google de-indexes the article, it may be low-quality or other reasons may be there. So, re-publishing the same article with the backlink to your website will affect your website for sure. IMO you can go with new articles.
