Can a website like Flippa be doable by one person if I use stripe connect to handle the payments?

Is a website like Flippa doable if I use stripe connect?

Something like this:
Buyer Pays -> Money is stored through stripe connect API -> Seller Sends everything -> Buyer confirms he got everything right -> Seller receives his money.

Is this doable by 1 developer only?
