Can a niche website place a backlink to another niche website of mine

I have two niche websites, one about daily necessities and the other about clothing. Both of these 2 niche websites have used some of the same PBN backlinks.
I now want to place a backlink pointing to my clothing niche on the homepage of the daily necessities niche website. Is it okay? Will it be judged as cheating by Google?

if that is the only link you have from the same hosting and IP it's OK. But if you already have more links from the same C-class IP you'll most likely get penalized

1 website is a shopify website and 1 is a woocommerce site. I believe Class A IP is also different.
So is it possible to place an backlink on the homepage of one niche website to another niche website? (Although both niche sites use some of the same PBN backlinks)
 
Yes, you can and Google won't affect your site until it makes sense. Also, use different PBNs to link back to your sites. If your PBN got hit by Google then both the websites will be at risk.
 
It is not advisable to interlink these sites Since they have links from same PBN.. It might be Risky ...
 
You'll be using one site as a PBN for the other site.
 
Interlinking between your own niche sites can be fine if it’s done sparingly and makes sense for the user. If there's a logical reason for someone on your daily necessities site to check out your clothing niche, then a backlink could be legitimate
