Camtasia File Size Problem

Hey guys, just wondering if someone can help me out a bit here.

I'm downloading videos with UltraGet, then encoding them using Riva FLV Encoder. They come out at being around 12/13 megabytes.

Then I'm watermarking them using the "caption" feature in Camtasia Studio 5. Unfortunately, when I then produce them in Camtasia, they come out as 300-ish MB files.

Does anyone either know of better, free (or cracked) watermarking software, or how I can reduce the file size in Camtasia?

Try using Video Watermark Factory. It works great for me...
