Wasnt much of a fight really, Alot of showboating if ya ask me.
 
What are you on about you muppet Joe killed him. He showboated coz thats his style"!!! Joe wound him up, split him, played the cut and won. Fair doo's Jones put it upf or 12 rounds but Joe had him all the way after that knock down. Cokiness it was but that's Calzaghe for you !!! WALES!!!!!!!!

xplicit, showboating is what he does 38KO's 46 fights and 0 Losses,...... whats the problem with showboating?
 
therat, apprently it was all organised by text lol, i didn't really know he was fighting until my mate said.
 
Im not saying he didnt whip his ass, I think he coulda knocked RJ jr ass out if he wanted to. I thought they were going to stop the fight in the 10th, But then after the first round, I though RJ jr, was going to get him. but honestly after the 2nd round it was a one way fight.

He did clearly say that he is more comfortable fighting the way he did. I am not trying to get in a pissing match, He whopped RJ jr for 10 rounds
 
Calzaghe is a friendly bloke as well - used to train by running through the streets where he lives. He ran past where my uncle lived and always had time to shout a hello as he went by.

Glad he won - he will be back to fight again :)
 
yeah he's a normal guy! Trains in a run down gym the lot. Lives not far from me in Newbridge
 
I hope calzaghe will retire and end on a high :) His energy level is unbelievable! Pure power
 
Calzaghe is a good fighter that doesn't get the credit he deserves he messed up a 39 yr old Roy Jones and marginally beat the legend in Hopkins . He doesnt seem to age either people fail to realise he is 37 but he seems better than his ever been. The only question is that he allowed a washed up Roy Jones and a 44 yr old Bernard Hopkins knock him down in round 1. You just wonder if he was fighting them both in their prime would they have let him recover from the knock down. His undefeated record is great and he should fights Hopkins again or retire alongside pretty boy floyd
