    Hey all

Don't care what niche you're in and what you're promoting. BBW, Tubes - whatever.

I'm personally trying to get into the TGP-niche; generating the large amount of traffic would make me a very happy man :D

Anyway..So while I'm awaiting to be APPROVED on netp0nd and GFY (to be able to post) I have the following question:

Which webhost do you use and how much BW do you have at your disposal?

Also..Goddammit there's no procedure out there on a TGP site, but so far that I've gathered it goes by:

    1. Buy content (500 usd)
    2. Buy domain
    3. Buy webhost
    4. --- get it designed
    5. Find a TGP submitter to the directories (Advanced Submitter or Chameleon Submitter)
    6. Automate your TGP with a program (dont know which!!?!) - rotating your pictures every day. without doing it manually!!
    7. Traffic flowing in?
    8. Rinse and repeat I believe.

All I need is "6." to be able to fully automate it.

Besides these known facts I got my own twist to it, which I think will 100% work..However, I wanna get started, so anyone advice? :) Always open for new knowledge...especially with this whole new and "exciting" niche :D

I would skip a tgp, and focus on adult blogs.

But what do I know, I've only been doing this fulltime for 13 years.

Yup same suggestion from me too i would work on adult blogs which you update atleast 3-4 times a week with keyword rich posts. TGP in my opinion is waste of time it consume too much bandwidth & less conversion.Hope it helps

I did say I had a twist to it, so yes...BW is my main concern. Less conversions isn't --- that's my twist. Any of you done TGPs before?? thanks :)

yeah, hope you like 1:2000 conversion ratios, or worse.

I convert my dating traffic at 1:25. Its not crappy tgp traffic.

Mr. Pheer; you setup TGP sites before??

And I know the ratio can be 1:2000 hits or even worse :) it's a numbers game relatively to what twist you have put to it.

Also another question. How do sites like XXXBB cross-sell?! How does a merchant let this happen???

    Thanks :)

from what i understand, there are many answers for number 6. i think the best answer is Smart Thumbs. fully automated script, and they have a free version but it skims like 1% of your traffic. no big deal.
    Code:
    www . smart-scripts . com/
after that you typically set up traffic trades (the hard part???) and then feed traffic somehow or buy feeder traffic.
    Code:
    trafficadept . com
there are step-by-step guides out there that i found in the past. the one that really inspired me was:
    Code:
    www . blastreport . com/my-tgp-launch-process/
too bad he doesnt update his site anymore.

what i dont understand is step 1. isnt the whole point of a tgp to promote pay-site's free galleries? what content do you need to buy?

p.s. i really dont know what im talking about, my TGP never got off the ground... just did a lot of reading and dicking around. basically what i do here.

clantogw: I know there's a lot of free content from sponsors and what not. I won't be using their content so therefore will buy my own stuff. Also for future purposes I can offer video clips...You buy like a set of 500 images + 22 min. for 75 bucks. Cheap!

Thanks given for the thorough help you gave :)

There is an excellent thread on GFY about how to start a TGP and Grow it. On netpond search for tutorial from FuckingBill.

TGP and Galleries are two sides of the same coin.

You don't need to invest a lot in content. Buy $100 worth of content and start building galleries. Promote small sponsors with good niche sites. Submit to sites like Hun, Pic Hunter etc. Once you make few sales you can contact the paysite owner and ask for content from their members area to promote his sites.

Get a solid hosting. Don't go for cheap hosts like Dreamhost or Hostagtor.
Go for reliable hosts like CyberWurx. They don't have fancy control panels. But their support is phenomenal with almost no down time. They have been in adult biz for years now and actually host Netpond itself. Other hosts you can trust are webair (only for dedicated hosting), Phatservers, Nationalnet, Isprime.

Once you learn the TGP basics by submitting galleries using Chameleon Submitter, you start your own TGP.
You will need a script like Smart-Thumbs or AutoGallery (JBMSoft) or even better Comus Thumbs.
You will also need a Traffic Trading script. Doing the traffic trading right is the key. You need to learn how to find good trades and weed out the poor performing ones. But do not try to cheat your trading partners. You will be eventually caught and will be placed in every blacklist out there which is not worth.

Getting into TGP is not an easy game in 2009 especially if you are new to adult. If you want build a site with big traffic go for Tube. But then you will burn big band width. And I must warn you that those freeloaders you get to your TGP or Tube sites won't buy anything and CSing those leeches won't work. ;)

tell me more. where do you buy this stuff, is it exclusive for $75? and maybe im missing something but i still dont understand what purpose buying your own content serves. are you making some sort of paysite? im interested in this subject because i want to try adult again. i posted on another forum recently and they told me i shouldve started with blogs, too. since i already have my tgp someone suggested i should just make a blog to drive traffic TO IT. but now im just babbling because its 5:25AM and ive been staring at BHW all day long.

p.s. i just got excited and paid $4 worth of traffic to my old site just to see what happens. like a lottery ticket. lol goodnight

    Hey neo,

    Great info! Very thorough. Thanks!!

I got a Q about Chameleon Submitter. Someone said Advanced Submitter is best; have you had experience with either?
Also for chameleon Submitter you get different "subscription plans":

    Chameleon TGP/MGP Submitter 4.52
    Chameleon Link List Submitter 1.11
    Chameleon PA Requester 2.51
    Chameleon Confirmer 1.51

I only need the TGP/MGP submitter right? Or will the others become useful too eventually? Especially Partner Account requesting since you request for link trading, right?

    Thanks!!

PS. no search function for me @ GFY !! ----- how long does it take to get approved in there. Too many fukin idiots pissed them off with xrumer!

If you are focusing on TGP and gallery building, get Chameleon TGP/MGP Submitter and Chameleon Confirmer . The Partner Account Requester is good if you plan to keep submitting galleries for long time. However you need to show good samples of galleries to TGP owners to get Partner Account. So I suggest you to use only the TGP submitter to build and submit galleries for a month. Once you have fairly good acceptance rate for your galleries, take the best galleries which are listed and show them to TGP owners when requesting PA.

Chameleon beats Advanced Submitter if you are planning to do it mass. Advanced submitter is good if you have time to build a custom database of TGP's. Example if you have PA at 200 TGPs and you only want to submit those TGP's the Advanced Submitter works great.
The power of Chameleon Submitter is that, they keep the database updated. They will remove the TGP's which are dead, update the categories, add more TGP's etc. It is a great time saver.
Once you submit galleries many TGP's will send out confirmation emails. Chameleon Confirmer is a nifty tool which automatically confirm all those gallery submissions. Get it. It's worth.

TGP is a number game. The more you build and submit, the more traffic you will get. Build and submit galleries every single day. Even better, build at least 7 galleries on weekend and submit one every day. Do manual submission to few big guys like Hun.

    Good luck!

Most tgps with high traffic usually require paid submits. Why not make a simple tgp with galleries from your sponsors and feed it with traffic and get some trades going. If you need some trades hit me up I run 11 tgps and mgps and 31 blogs.
Also if you need traffic look at my sig. Good traffic at a cheap price.

Use the nubiles tube script. Its free and comes pre loaded with content and auto dump sponsored video from nubiles that updates itself daily all for free. I use it and it works great. Not that hard to install either. I use the free auto flash inbed videos from affiliates for free and that way it does not cost me bandwidth for the videos. tubescript.nubiles.net

As far as a webhost for XXX ... you want a webhost OUTSIDE of USA.
If I need to explain it ... you're already in trouble.
