    Hey guys,

    I recently decided to start a one minute pullup challenge.

    Not sure how many of you guys are into fitness, but the challenge is:

    Do as many wipe grip pullups in one minute as you can, without letting go of the bar. No kipping aloud!



    Film yourself, up it, and share it.

    Anyone in?

    There are two reasons why I'm not going to challenge that guy. Firstly, his pull-ups were female style, secondly, I can't do a pull-up.

    i like more challenges in a crossfit style
    youtube "bodybuilding meets crossfit" :D

    In fact, my latest Teespring campaign is a crossfit shirt I designed for some people at my crossfit here where I live. Will post the design here (feel free to critique all you crossfitters out there)...

    When you make a challenge in the line of "drop on a groomer on your snowboard, film it, clock your speed and share it" PM me :).

    For this I'll just get some friends to push me up and I'll video myself from the waist above so they won't be seen. Are 70-80 pull-ups ok in 1 minute or is that just fishy? I can slow it down to look legit ;)
