I am just curious what is the on going rate for call center agents working in Manila, PH?

What do you think of agents / reps working from their home using a desktop monitoring program?

As you can hire them either on Salary or per hour basis, however per hr will be costly if its a Sales process but program like Desktop monitoring, you can hire some one on salary basis..........I have hired quite fellows there and different places ....let me know if you require manpower.........

How do you know if they are any good? If you supply them the leads they are just gonna burn right through them if they are no good...

I think average starting rate is around $300 to $400 per month + commissions if there's any. And depends on what you're hiring them for, employees with experience and expertise could cost more.

From my experience we can only expect them to finish the job we assigned, and need to give them enough details before any work starts. Make sure go through a full interview maybe a probational period before you hire them...sometimes they cannot deliver what they promised.

And never expect employees to work as hard as you do for your self.
