I'm trying to get this set up! I got dreamweaver and some templates and email/zip submits, so thats a start! What I need to know:

1. can I need to spread my conversions over differnet offers in the same network? or do they need to be spread to different networks?

2. I hear the best way of staying under the radar is sending quality traffic, whats the best way of doing this? do I have send the quality traffic to the specific offers that I've cakesliced or can I just use the specific network with the same effect?

4. what is a safe amount of bullshit submits to send to a network/cpa offer? What is a safe quality to bullshit submit ratio? or any other tips on not being banned.

3. Is there any sort of rotator I can use, to rotate cakesliced offer pages each time they are viewed?

In order to stay under the radar i'd recommend to not pass the 50 usd daily from the same offer. If you're member of different cpa's it would be a good idea to rotate offers from all different networks, if not rotate different offers from the same network.
How to rotate them?, well you will have to use a rotator script, there's plenty of those out there. Simple php code to rotate your links.

And the most important part, you will have to fake your referer if you want to avoid getting banned.
