Will i get a C&D letter if I register as domain with the word "iphone" in it?

what if you made the 'i' look like it was part of a word. bad example: hiphone.biz or mississippiphone.info.

I doubt it, unless your running a scam or making something look legit from apple.. You could also sale it to the bastards if their panties bunch up.

CPUGeek I think you'll get in trouble if you are selling physically in there, but if your site is about reviews, comments, and about how Iphone sucks, then it's not a problem (I think, from my limited online law experiences, heard it from a friend of a friend of a friend, of a dead fetus). But if you have a review of an iphone, then have a "buy iphone from us now -add to cart" then yes.

'...Depends what you are doing with it.

How else are you supposed to explain what you are selling if you don't use the word iPhone?

That said, a Google-search only showed up a couple and my favourite: Buy Me An iPhone...lol:
