I'm about to purcahse some C-Class IP's from my host and they offered me IP's numbered like this:

    34.207.520.24
    34.207.382.228
    34.207.105.92

Now, technically these IP's are all on diffirent C-Classes because the thrid number set is diffirent.

    BUT... does google agree?

Do the C-Class IP's need to be completely diffirent on diffirnet IP's alltogether like:

    59.952.158.98
    38.192.95.291
    55.92.25.29

    OR

or will these do just fine?

    34.207.520.24
    34.207.382.228
    34.207.105.92

NOTE: ALL IP'S ARE RANDOM AND FOR EXAMPLE USEAGE PURPOSES ONLY

Well Different Class C Ips means that the third Group is different.
If Second is different than it means it is different Class B IP too

    Hello paytonlowe,

I fell for the c-class ip thing a couple of years ago and my experience with it was no different than using a a single ip.

Search engines nowadays no longer associate sites ip addresses. Meaning: just because you are using the same or different ips', there will be no more or no less relevance to your position/rank. Google "GOOGLE WEB MASTER TOOLS" and search for IP addresses.

What I have had success with is getting my own dedicated ip addressand adding my sites accordingly. You can add on many domains to a single dedicated ip. All my sites are linked, and all have ranked well. 2 years running.

The cost of a dedicated ip is about 2 bux per month + hosting.

Don't fall for the c-class hosting thinking you will have an edge.

    Hope this helps you!

One thing about putting your sites all on a different Class C IP, that has helped me, is in selling text links. Many people who buy text links won't buy links on the same Class C IP, so putting your sites across many different Class C IPs can really help your text link sales. And it doesn't take too many sales for a site to pay for the IP. Just something to keep in mind.

C-Class is useful only if you want to build your blog farms and use the farms link back to your money sites :) If not, you don't need different C-Class.
