Bypassing Paypal's 21 Day Hold (Not ebay)

I sell software online (against paypals ToS, the software), via paypal as the top payment provider.

I am looking for a method on making a paypal without any 21 day hold. I do know it is possible as others do it. I know paypals eventually get limited asking for more info etc. I would just create a new one in this case.

Can anyone guide me through this please?

I'm not sure if it's possible to make one without reaching the milestones which are needed to remove the hold, but you can definitely buy such account.

I have that stupid shit on my PayPal too..

By the way it gives different ways of getting the money quicker..

One of the ways was to provide a Royal mail tracking number (I'm in UK) then it will be released in 3 days..

My plan was to go to the post office and send a letter to myself which has a tracking number, but the money I was going to get out wasn't worth the £6 postage stamp so I haven't tested it, but I guess it could work if you're in UK
