Use a vps then,
Get a free vps from Amazon or something from other providers
Since you dont want to use vpn

Is Vps for hosting?
I want just to be able to check(watch) that website (which is not mine).
thanks for your answer

Use a Smart DNS proxy or DNS resolver. It reroutes only location data, not all traffic, so it's much faster than a VPN for bypassing geo-blocks on streaming sites and other services.

The site likely uses advanced detection. Try a premium residential proxy instead; it provides a real, localized IP address that is much harder to block than a DNS redirect.

Thanks for reply . I tried with Bright Data proxy , but when i tried to open the page it shows the message : Your connection is not private, and i cant reach that website even if i want to

Without a VPN or proxy it's very difficult, if you can change your DNS, it's sometimes possible to bypass the restrictions but not as good as using a proxy

That "not private" error means the proxy isn't handling SSL/TLS encryption properly for that site. You likely need to configure the proxy settings in your browser or software to fully accept the SSL certificate, or try a different residential proxy provider.
