I recently bought few semi dedicated proxies and found them to be banned in Google...

I asked for a refund within 24 hours via support ticket, instead of providing me refund they simply deleted my account...

WOW! Any Idea?

Contact them and ask them what the eff happened. If they don't reply in a timely manner or you don't like their reply and if they have a sales thread on the forum, so a reputation to keep, open a shitlist thread with your proofs, mods will look into it. If they don't have a sales thread, then you can open a PayPal dispute right away or do a chargeback with your credit card company, if you paid with a credit card.

Update: I started a dispute on Payza, and the support guy claimed I was using proxies for 7 days, while the truth is; I asked for the refund within 24 hours, since the proxies were banned in Google.

I purchased some shared proxies from buy proxies but they were working fine with me. Though i did not check if they are google passed or not.

I purchased some as well,been with them for a little while but what they mostly do is reassign they new proxies right right away when there is a problem like with google.
