So yeah... I am willing to buy some quality PVA YT accounts but here's a problem... Everyone will tell me to clear cookies and change IP every time I log into different accounts but my IP is static. Would it be enough to use for example AOL to change my IP or i will the accounts get banned very fast either way?

From my experience you can easily use 100+ youtube accounts on 1 IP, just logging into them at least. It depends on what you're going to do with that. If you for example start bulk uploading or bulk liking/subscribing with 1 IP they will get suspended / need phone verification again.

My purpose it to upload 1 video (self made, original) for PPA earnings. Well... I know i can't help flagging my videos but I want to ensure it won't be problem caused by YouTube banning me for leaving a lot of hints that all of these accounts are mine.

No, you should not use many accounts on one IP.

If you are on static IP, you can go with private proxies or if you are on low budget , you can try VPN servers.

And that way you can play the game without any tension.

    Thanks

If you are doing anything blackhat, you are running the risk of having all the accounts banned if you are running them on the same IP. Just invest in some private proxies.
