if i buy a usa vcc on herem will ot verify the account _

Don't attach US VCC to UK paypal.

That'll only mess things up.

Try to buy from same place you had it will make sure to pp you're an authentic person.

You should check BHW marketplace, there is plenty of sellers that can provide VCC for different countries.
