Buying REwatches/Shares and TT shoutout pages

So I see that many SMM sell TT likes, followers and views. Sometimes comments.
And while likes and followers may actually help you grow, views and basically just a vanity purchase since its rewachtes and "whole video views" that count as well as shares.

Shares can be bought somewhere - any sites you guys could recommend? Would that help an account grow or not if they are bought?

Is there any way you could purchase rewatches or views that don't just open the video but "watch" it as a whole?

I am not interested in buying things for vanity purposes, solely if they can actually help accounts grow, alternatively I will just stick to F/U for now.


Next question: Do you guys know any big Tik Tok shoutout pages, that would repost your video for a fee? Is that even a thing on TT? I guess the app isn't fond of reposts (same video, different account, probably not a good idea)

I saw some of these pages on Insta, anyone tried that?

I have honestly never looked up a TT account because I saw a video on IG, no matter how great it is, it just doesn't work easy enough. You'd have to switch apps and type in some username, too much effort.
