How to find out if the facebook fans you are buying are real or fake/ BOT accounts?

You will find tons of advises online both positive and negative about buying facebook likes/ fans. I will not discourage you but if I have to share my experience honestly, I must say, at least 95% of the facebook fanpage promoters (if not 99%) are completely cheating the fanpage owners/ resellers by delivering fake or BOT generated likes.

I have worked as a social media marketer, facebook fan provider myself as well as a reseller over years and I have NOT seen any worse situation ever before. I am shocked to see even some well reputed sellers on this very forum, who have busy sales threads are playing pranks with fellow blackhatters, literally STEALING away $$$ everyday. What else should I call is?
Double check what you are buying
Yes, I have been scammed thousands of dollars by some black hat sellers (not mentioning the names, but I will post their feedbacks on their own sales thread). I had put trust simply by seeing they have lots of positive feedbacks, some of them have made good contribution to the forum and so many people posting in their sales thread. My mistake...
This is not out of retaliation!
I have been greatly benefited by the blackhat community. Talented people here share their knowledge freely, make offers generously and I just love this place.
Also out of conscience I have taken this stance and decided to post this in order to help other back hat members and visitors by educating them-

How to find out if the facebook fans we buy are really real people or they are dummy / bot accounts.

* To check the quality of fans/likes first you need to have the admin privilege.
If you are buying fans for your own fanpage, you already have admin privilege. If you are a reseller you need to ask the fanpage owner to make you an admin so you can check the list of people who have liked the age.
Now open the list of people who liked the fanpage. From there I would recommend pick at least 20 profiles randomly and open them in multiple tabs.
Now you are going to analyze those 20 facebook profiles for quality.

The fans are fake if any or several of the following are applicable

1. There are many accounts with same interests, liking the same fanapges.
Explanation: Those who deliver fake likes usually use the same facebook accounts to like hundreds of their clients? fanpages. As a result you see accounts have TOO MANY common interests and they are liking same fanpages. The ratio of this similarity will be too high to be a coincidence.
Yes, some scammers learn from the mistake. To hide this similarities they may remove the interests, unlike the pages after a while, or they can use fresh batch of bot account after several projects, so you still need to be careful and go through the next points as well.

2. Go to your fans? profile walls and know that fans are not real accounts if you see updates like -
"someone" likes "xyz" and 10 other pages.
... 7 more similar stories
... 9 similar stories.. etc etc.
Explanation: Doesn?t need much explanation. These are dummy accounts and are being used to like so many clients? pages every day. That?s why the wall is filled with such updates. Smart scammers sometimes also hide/ remove these posts after every couple of days. Or they may keep the wall totally empty.

3. Fake accounts often have very few activity on their wall often the walls are totally empty.
Explanations: If most of the accounts have empty walls; walls with not so many posts/ updates, it indicates the provider might have removed the notifications to hide point 2. Just compare with real accounts, how many of us keep our own facebook personal account?s wall totally empty?

4. Fake fans suspected if most of the fans don?t share their information, make their account non-public.
Explanation: This is also an effort to hide their updates and interests (point 2). An effort to block you from checking quality of accounts. Yes, I agree a decent portion of real facebook users also may not share all their information publicly. So if this ratio is exceptionally high only then you have to suspect.

5. Accounts are fake if most of the accounts have few friends and more importantly no real friend activity.
Explanation: This is a strong point. Just think how we use our own personal accounts. We have friends, we interact with them, post on their walls, we play games, send gifts and so on. Beware! some clever scammers may even set up family members in their BOT accounts. Dont be fooled. This can be achieved simply by setting up relationships between two dummy/bot accounts.

6. The accounts are often used to promote similar websites, affiliate links, offers same youtube videos etc.
Explanation: Some fanpage providers use their accounts also to promote CPA, affiliate offers, to generate youtube views etc. So they keep posting same stuffs, often repeatedly on their accounts or on other peoples? walls, other fanpages or groups. Don?t confuse such promotional activities with real activity of real people. Spend some time and you can figure out.

7.Most of the accounts have no real status updates. Sometimes fake providers prefer teenage girl accounts because its easy to add friends on such accounts.

Finally to defy a couple of points that providers mention trying to prove their service is legitimate.
* Dont be carried away by the feedback others left. Those who can deliver thousands of fake likes can manage a few good (manipulated) feedbacks for themselves. And there are always buyers who never even knew, or didnt have the knowledge to find out they were scammed when they wrote those feedbacks.

* How could someone manage 5k, 10k facebook accounts! Is this possible to maintain so many accounts?
There are promoters who can deliver even 50,000+ fake likes or even more. You better believe it. There are software/ services selling thousands of ready-made facebook accounts for nuts. And those who has 10k accounts can easily make four/ five figures per month by selling fake fans (So it?s worth it to the scammers)

* Country targeted likes can be delivered by using proxy servers. However, due to facebook?s security system fake fan providers can not use different country proxy servers with same accounts. So they prefer to stick with mainly USA/ UK/ Australian fan offers- the countries most of the clients look for.

* Again, sometimes some sellers start honest but then after serving some clients they start delivering low quality fans. Sometimes they start outsourcing to other unqualified teams trying cut off their expenses without assuring the quality.

My Apology...
I am here neither to discourage buyers, nor to hurt your business, those who deal with honesty and integrity. But if the information help buyers and the scammers get hammered real providers will get more business. I know that there are honest sellers and they should be paid due respect.

Suggestions:
My request to all the buyers would be, to evaluate the service thoroughly (even if you are buying regularly DO check for quality time to time) and please make neutral and honest feedbacks that will help other blackhatters in making decisions. And feel free to share the post if you find it helpful.

Also, if its doesn?t sound too complicated Black hat world might introduce a policy that,
sellers will have to renew their contracts every month by going through quality assurance test.
This should be worth it cause facebook fanpage marketing is literally a million dollar industry and thousands of page owners are being scammed every month.

So people who are selling Facebook Fans or Like in Fiverr uses bot or spammy accounts?

I think most of the seller are not legitimate they use spam account

Instead of buying likes, you should buy status updates on big fanpages and make sure your message is catchy enough or just buy the page with 100k+ fans :) Easy.

I can assure you not all fan providers use fake accounts :)

You are right but most of the fan providers nowadays provide fake likes ...
TBH, I know guys they provide fake fans but you will never know those are fake ...

They have set some script that updates each and every account daily .
It will post comments, likes/dislike and so on ...

Yeah there are a lot of people out there that do stuff like that, you've just got to be careful :)

Are there any Fiverr deals selling 100% real facebook fans? or even twitter followers?

i've seen here some old members are providing quality services and others are just want$$.. Btw nice info thanks

I have tried about half dozen companies that sell fans and they have been 100% fake. Can anyone suggest some that are really legit?

Thanks for everybody who have commented back.

There are many who have asked for more info regarding legitimate facebook fan, twitter follower suppliers.
But I must refrain from mentioning names here.
Primarily because my intention was not to hurt others business and steal clients from them, but I was shocked and so disappointed after being cheated so many times, so many $$ (even reputation and feedbacks never protects). So I wanted to create an awareness fist of all.

Then again, I will not name someone, really I cant, because providers so often change their source or methods. He who was legit a month ago may turn out to be a reseller and start outsourcing to low quality suppliers without quality assurance.

Being a pretty busy reseller on SMM I just learned that I need to constantly look for sources and cross check quality from time to time if not after every project.

Other reason for we must stop this cheating practices is that,
there are thousands of fanpages being created every month, page owners come and buy promo packages, they in turn receive, in 99% cases fake fansand most of them cant figure out the difference. But they certainly dont get the expected ROI from such low quality dummy likes. As a result page owners lose interest in social media marketing overall. They think fanpages are useless and investing here is worthless.
So, definitely scammers are hurting the industry greatly.

Hadnt there been such greedy practices we the resellers, providers and also the page owners could all win altogether.

Hay thanks for the information I was just going to buy a service like this. So Ill pay attention to this suggestion

Great post man! I remember buying 5000 fake fans without profile picture
