I buy tons of links so I would say its a good idea.
However due to the nature of your question and the fact that you don't even mention what type of links you purchased. This leads me to believe you know very little about link building.

If that is intact the case then no do not buy links until you understand link building better

A rule that I follow is, if a link is easy to obtain then it generally won't be worth much in terms of ranking.

My opinion is that the majority of those 10000 links won't be indexed in google and if they will google will just devalue them anyway.

As far present situation - you would better build 20 hight quality links by the couple days from different Ip addresses....that would give you more benefits than any bough links. Actualy if you have some credibility in G eyes...you might loose it now.

Buying links from sites that don't typically sell links, related to your niche, rocks.
