Buying Instagram Accounts! Question inside!

Ok so, my mobile data is turned off cause I'm saving money otherwise I would the method on this website to start accounts listed within this forum that can create 100's of accounts

If I buy an account and change the name of it within the first week, and do this to several accounts I buy. Is this leaving a footprint? Does this also depend on the IP used?

If you are using the same Ip then you must not go beyond 5-6 accounts,also use the airplane mode to rotate your Ip.

I don't think changing usernames leaves footprints,not guaranteed but I have never heard of this.

Nope,why do I need one when I have multiple sims with unlimited 4g data? I can just rotate their Ip's and it will fulfill whatever a 4g proxy can,infact more than that because rotating 4g proxies are expensive compared to getting a sim card atleast where I live.
 
I connect to my money Instagram account through my phone on my wifi at home. No rotating 4g IP. This is super confusing. I got no work done for the day trying to figure out of If I should put my limited money into a raspberry pi 3 B+ then getting a dongle, then a sim. or just buying High proxies and use limited settings on accounts i Buy

go for rpi !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! don't buy proxies
