Buying IG Account to Promote a Brand? How to do so safely?

So I'm a bit of a noob at this whole instagram thing.

I've got a couple of questions about buying instagram accounts for the sake of promoting my brand.

Say that I am trying to sell pet food. My website's name is Gr8 Pet Food.

Is it a good idea if I buy an instagram account that has a good amount of engagements, change the name of the account to Gr8 Pet Food, and promote my products?

How can I do this safely?

To my understanding, instagram accounts will easily lock you out or ban you if you're logging in from different countries.

Purchase through escrow. Acquire both Instagram account and original email. Login to both and coordinate with owner to verify suspicious activity requests. Change passwords. Release escrow payment. Delete all content, change username, start posting.

Yes it’s a good safe approach. If there is no escrow you can easily get ripped when buying accounts. Even after buying the account safely, what @riseNgrind said about starting fresh is the best advice.

You have to get cheap phones and dedicated proxies for each account for maximum safety.
