    I read on BMW that fiverr review exchange method is not working anymore. As mentioned in those posts, many sellers got their account banned trying to exchange reviews :(

    What about buying reviews? Paying(about $2) few people to buy my gigs and then leave me a positive review?

    Is that risky too?

    Thanks in Advance :)

    I don't see how they could find out if someone was paid to buy and review your product. It's still safe, as far as I know. I think you would have to pay the extra $1-$2 on top of the $5.50 it would cost to buy your gig though, good luck!

    What's wrong in getting your account banned for review exchange when it's a new account with no reputation/level or whatsoever?

    Thanks for the reply. Yes that's a good point. Do you know more about how it works? I mean do I have to pay the $7.5 up front or after the purchase? What if the other person doesn't buy my gig after I send him $7.5? :)

    Yeah, maybe the risk is higher when it's a new account. I have never exchanged reviews nor bought them. And my account is a level 2 one. But to rank newly created gigs, I will have to buy few gigs :)

    No risk, exchanging is different as I guess there is a potential footprint straight away.

    You can:

    1. Open a paypal dispute, asuming that's how you'll pay them;
    2. Post on here about them and shame them.
    3. Make sure they are reputable members of the forum, not people that have just registered, to have a better chance of avoiding scammers

    Always try for someone with some standing here in the forum, check out for positive itrader score so that you can get a genuine seller and thus you can get saved from scammers.
